See New England Custom Putting Greens Inc. at the National Golf Expo Boston at the Bayside Expo Center, Mar 2-4, 2007. We will be in the corner booths 506, 507, 508. Demo our Mirage Tour Putt green and meet new Celtic dancers Alison and Courtney.
 

2006 Events

August 2006

N.E.C.P.G. starts construction in Medford, Ma at Station Landing for the
first annual Jason Varitek Celebrity Putt Putt to take place on Sept 7, 2006.
The event will be sponsored by Celebrity marketing and TD Bank North.

N.E.C.P.G. is constructing an eighteen hole state-of-the-art putting course for the event which will feature a celebrity at every hole, live auction and dinner. Proceeds from this event will benefit Children's Hospital Boston. Celebrities taking part in the event include our Red Sox hero "Big Papi" David Ortiz, pitcher Curt Schilling, and comedian Lenny Clark. The event will be broadcast live on NECN Sports.

June 2006

N.E.C.P.G. is a proud sponsor of a 50' putt set up on the cobblestones at historic Faneuil Hall in Boston for the Pitching in for Kids Allstar Charity Classic. RED Sox captain Jason Varitek and knuckleballer Tim Wakefield putted for the $10,000 to be donated for the charity. Jason slightly beat out Tim for closet to the pin. Nice job guys!
 

May 2006

N.E.C.P.G. completes a 1500 sq. ft. Mirage Tour Putt green at the new Golfmasters located on Rt. 1 north in Walpole, one mile up from Gillette Stadium. Golfmasters is a state-of-the-art facility with full proshop and range and full Mirage turf demo center. Ask for Dana Hooper when inquiring about your own residential Mirage Tour Putt green.
 

April 2006

N.E.C.P.G. is featured on the cover of Golfing Magazine New England section, with an article titled "Your Own Putting Green". The cover is our Mirage Tour Putt Golf Course green built in 2003 on the coast of Kennebunkport ME. The residential 157 yard, par 3 layout, complete with tee line tee box was designed by Brad Booth of Faxon and Booth Golf design.

N.E.C.P.G. Congratulates our 2006 client Bill Heffernan of Dover, MA, and Dedham Country Club, on his top finish in the 2006 Mass Amateur, and 2004 client Rick Gardella of Rowley, MA, who recently won 2006 Club Championship at Old Newbury Golf Club. Both Bill and Rick contribute there success their Mirage Tour Putt greens installed at their homes. We wish them continued success!
 

See New England Custom Putting Greens at the National Golf Expo Boston at the Bayside Expo Center on March 3-5. We will be in corner booths 506, and 508. Greg Hill, the official” Mayor of Mantown” from the Hillman morning show on radio station 107.3 WAAF, will be at our booth from 1-5 Saturday, March 4. At approximately 2 pm, we will have a putting contest for an Odessey Putter or a two hundred dollar gift certificate to GolfMaster’s in Walpole, MA.

New England Custom Putting Greens receives a Certificate of Excellence at the 2006 Mirage Dealer Convention in Las Vegas for the most esthetic residential green\bunker golf landscape combination.

New England Custom Putting Greens installed 1200 sq. ft. of Mirage Golf Course Turf and Fringe at the Boys Club in Shelton, Connecticut. Many thanks to Alan Wollack for his help in coordinating the project.

New England Custom Putting Greens completes largest residential synthetic green in N.E. on the coast of Kennebunkport, Maine. We installed a 5,000 sq. ft. Mirage Golf Course green par three, with a Mirage Tee Line Tee Box 152 away! Layout designed by Faxon & Booth Golf design LLC. 

New England Custom Putting Greens completes 2500 sq ft. Mirage Golf course green at beautiful Pierce Camp Birchmont, Wolfboro, NH.

New England Custom Putting Greens completes new world class year round golf center at the new Bosse Sports and Health Club at 141 Boston Post Sudbury, MA. We installed. 25, 000 sq. ft. of Mirage Turf, two Mirage golf course greens, one center Mirage tour putt green, four revolutionary, realistic sand traps with crystal sand imported from courses in Florida and Bermuda. The Sand Traps and fairways are lined with Mirage Lazy Lawn II for the most realistic indoor golf course design construction anywhere. We also installed twelve Mirage tee line hitting stations, complete with computer analysis. New England Custom Putting Greens took part in the New England Business Expo at the Worcester Centrum Centre on September 18 and 19.  Our demo green was the hit of the expo! We had hundreds of New England golfers and members of the Worcester, MA Jesse Burkett All Star Little League World Series Champs on the green. The big guys proved no matter how big the white ball is, they can all hit a home run. Congratulations on a great season!

New England Custom Putting Greens was a sponsor of the Red Sox pitcher Tim Wakefield, Cincinnati Reds Tim Nehring, Athletes Reaching Out Foundation Celebrity Golf Tournament. Our demo green was set up at the pre tournament party on the patio at the RACK at Fanuiel Hall in Boston to raise money for the Foundation. It was a big hit!

Let's "Putt for Dough" for a Worthy Cause!

On July 10th, NE Custom Golf Greens proudly sponsored the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism and donated a birdie package which was auctioned at the pre-party tournament at the Doubletree Suites Hotel in Boston. A great time was had by all.

The SD Charger QB Doug Flutie and their Flutie band played for the event. We had a  demo green with sand trap set up in the main ballroom. The green was used by all the guests, including NE Patriot Super Bowl champion starting running back Antoine Smith and Olympic ski team member, Bodie Miller. Both sunk all their putts on the first stroke and stayed away from the sand trap!
